Fabric Brooches & Decorations

My textile brooch workshops are mainly centred on flowers and rosettes often using recycled textiles. Many use suffolk puffs as the structure in lighter fabrics or cut shapes in stiffer fabrics or even recycled paper for those who struggle with stitching. I also create brooches and Christmas decorations using a layered technique of cut leatherette and fleece that I developed. I can provide a wide palate of fabrics and a range of threads, buttons and beads to embellish them.

I ran flower making workshops at 42nd Street which were then used to decorate cushions and a wall hanging in their new building rather than being brooches.
